Alton Classic Car Show is Back

After missing the 2020 Alton Classic Car Show, 2021 sees it back in great form, set for Saturday 18th September 2021 and now organised by Alton Lions Club (CIO) and Alton Town Council.

Alton town centre will be buzzing with classic vehicles ranging from a 1928 Trojan Brougham and a 1922 AJS 350cc B-1Sports to a 2004 Ducati 998S FE and a 2005 Ford Mustang GT all displayed in the High Street, Market Street and Turk Street.

There will be live entertainment in the High Street in between Market St. and Turk St. from the TR5’s, The Blue-Eyed Soul, Teddy’s Jazz Band and with Alton’s very own Dean Phillips as MC. Dean together with Wey Valley Radio (WVR 101.1FM) will be interviewing drivers and owners during the day and broadcasting live to all who are tuned in.

Alton Morris will be providing their famous daring dance routines at various spaces in the town.

There will be a Craft Market in Cross and Pillory Lane where you can enjoy the friendly atmosphere of a genuine ‘made by me’ market specialising in unique high-quality goods, gifts, and treats.

The piazza style Market Square will be the hospitality centre providing traditional, continental, and Asian fare to suit all tastes.

Save the date to come and enjoy what promises to be a great day out for the whole family.
