Four Marks Recreation Plans Get a Boost from the Lions

Alton Lions recently presented a cheque for £500 to Four Marks Parish Council, to go towards the creation of a skate park and table tennis facility at the Four Marks recreation ground. The funds were raised by the holding of a ‘French’ themed quiz in Four Marks Village Hall. The picture shows (left to right), Lions Bob Barber and Stewart Cory; Alton Lions Vice-President Michael Gwynne presenting the cheque to Janet Foster, Chairman of Four Marks Parish Council; Lion Supporter Janet Gwynne, and Sarah Goudie, Clerk to the Parish Council. ”
