Celebrating Colour & Community: Alton Lions Support Young Artists
In honour of the Alton Art Society’s centenary year, Alton Lions Club proudly donated £100 to support the society’s commitment to nurturing creativity in the community. The donation funded three special prizes for children in the “Best Use of Colour” category; an inspiring celebration of youthful imagination and artistic flair.
Judging the vibrant entries were Lion President President Paul Taroni, Lion Secretary Bretta Rains, and Lion Janet Gwynne, who were impressed by the talent and originality on display. The winners: Alice Wilkinson, Eddie-May Mancini, and M Munro each received recognition for their outstanding use of colour and expression.
